Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

Shipping to Germany costs €4.90 for order values under €50.
For orders of €50 and above, shipping is free of charge.

Shipping within Europe (EU) starts at €12.90.

International shipping starts at €16.90 and varies depending on the country.

Shipping Method

As a rule, we ship your goods within Germany as a DHL parcel and outside of Germany with FedEx.
In this case, you will receive a tracking number and a link for parcel tracking from DHL or FedEx with your order confirmation.
In exceptional cases, and especially for smaller orders (e.g., a T-shirt or a beanie), we may also ship your order as a large letter (Maxi-Brief). Unfortunately, tracking is not always possible in this case.

Shipping Duration

We try our best to ship your order on the same day, or at the latest on the next business day.
Within Germany, the goods should therefore reach you within 2-3 days at the latest.
Shipping abroad can take correspondingly longer, but with FedEx it should also be completed within approximately 5 days.

Shipping Outside the EU

If the delivery is to a country outside the EU, you may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.
You can obtain further information from your local customs office.

Returns

In accordance with EU guidelines, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Please return the goods to us with sufficient postage. Unfortunately, we cannot accept unpaid or cash-on-delivery (unfrei) shipments.
If there is an error on our part, please contact us and we will provide you with a free return label.
