German label by artist Stefan Marx, who started drawing on T-shirts at 17 and named the company "The Lousy Livin Company" as a joke. The roots are in the Hamburg circle around Cleptomanicx – the boxershorts sold so well there that they turned into their own brand. Marx's drawings are the core: scrawled lines, short sentences, plenty of humour.
