Founded in 1978 by Fausto Vitello, Eric Swenson, Richard Novak and Jay Shuirman in Newark, California; today the brand runs under NHS in Santa Cruz. The truck was built for pools and vert from the start: tall, sturdy, plenty of turn. Jim Phillips drew the cross logo in 1979. Over the years Indy became the default you see in every other setup – currently as Stage 11.
