Started on 12 September 2005 as a website by Konstantin Satchek, to post "occasionally above-average" skate clips. It became the chronicle of New York skateboarding: spot reports, weekly clips, commentary with a dry mouth on it. The drops only followed years later. The site still runs – the brand is its by-product, not the other way round.
