The first 14 days are your statutory right of withdrawal; the instructions follow directly below. For days 15 to 30 we additionally grant you a voluntary contractual right of return; the goods must then be unworn and complete with the original tags attached. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the withdrawal function on our website at www.soohotrightnow.com/withdrawal-form.
If you use this online function, we will promptly transmit an acknowledgment of receipt to you on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information on the content of the withdrawal notice as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Please note that the right of withdrawal only applies to purchases of a private nature. Commercial purchases of any kind (e.g. for the purpose of reselling the goods) are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be reversed/returned.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Voluntary right of return (30 days)
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a contractual right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected and is neither restricted nor extended by this arrangement.
For returns after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, i.e. from day 15 up to day 30 after receipt of the goods, the following applies:
The goods must be unworn, unused and complete, with the original tags still attached. Please try shoes on indoors only and return them in their original box.
You bear the cost of returning the goods. We cannot accept unpaid shipments.
We refund the purchase price of the returned items. The cost of the original delivery, i.e. the shipping cost of your order, can no longer be refunded in this period.
Sending the goods in time is sufficient to meet the deadline.
The refund is issued to the payment method used for your order, once the goods have reached us and been checked.
The right of return applies to purchases of a private nature only.
Gift cards are excluded from the voluntary right of return. They are delivered digitally only; you receive the code by email straight after your purchase. For delivery addresses outside the EU, the EEA and the United Kingdom, gift cards can therefore not be returned. For consumers in the EU, the EEA and the United Kingdom, the statutory right of withdrawal continues to apply to gift cards as well.

Please bring your delivery note or order confirmation. This applies to withdrawal within the first 14 days as well as to the voluntary return up to day 30. If you return the goods in store within the withdrawal period, this also counts as your declaration of withdrawal. The refund is issued to the payment method used for your order.
Deliveries outside the EU, the EEA and the United Kingdom
The withdrawal instructions above are based on European consumer law. They apply to consumers resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) and the United Kingdom.
If your order goes to a delivery address outside these countries, we grant you a contractual right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods instead of the statutory right of withdrawal. The conditions of the voluntary right of return stated above then apply from day one. In particular: the goods must be unworn, unused and complete with the original tags attached, you bear the cost of returning them, and the cost of the original delivery cannot be refunded.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
