Unity started in 2012 as a monthly meet-up after Jeffrey Cheung and Gabriel Ramirez met in the Bay Area. It grew into a queer skate brand with zines, painting, shows and open sessions. Cheung's drawings – naked, ungainly bodies – are the giveaway. Skateboarding as shared space, not competition.
